Front of house is not just about answering the phones and welcoming guests, it’s integral to the safeguarding of our children, it’s about understanding and knowing how the school operates and anticipating needs and wants of pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
We are looking for an individual with skills and the personality that can maintain calm, be professional and engage with a group of teenagers in a positive way, whilst never detracting from the client focused task at hand.
The individual also needs to have a great sense of humour, and to be a team player to support all involved with the school.
